Your career of choice
Associate Dentist
Associate Dentists at Aspen Dental come in many varieties – full-time, part-time, and first-time dentists; experienced dentists; and even dentists who previously owned private practices – but each shares a common bond. All have a practice philosophy founded in their desire to execute Aspen's successful practice model as a vehicle to provide access to care for nontraditional patients, those with no regular pattern of dental care.
Managing Clinical Director
Each Managing Clinical Director (MCD) is an active participant in the development and financial growth of their practice, guiding and developing the clinical team and in-step with the non-clinical administrative staff and overall office performance. The MCD believes in Aspen's business model, executes at maximum levels for continuous practice growth and exemplifies the qualities of a leader.
Practice Owner
The Aspen Practice Owner may choose to develop one practice or multiple locations under a group affiliation. Practice Owners have a demonstrated understanding of Aspen's business model combined with an entrepreneurial drive and acute business acumen. Aspen owners enjoy the autonomy of private practice, but with the added security of a team of business and operational experts focused on their success.
Specialist
Aspen affiliated Surgeons and Endodontists routinely visit each practice within their designated territory. With an internal company referral system, Aspen Specialists are able to manage optimal schedules that maximize care opportunities, efficiency and productivity. Specialists enjoy the support services needed to maintain a thriving practice – insurance billing and collections, the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment and the development of experienced, dedicated assistants.
